Pyong's comments: The new challenge of the famous secondhand book store, BOOK OFF. This store has a large volume of everything you call Fashion. They sell clothing, accessories, jewelries, watches, bags, shoes, hats, and everything which is produced in a fashion industry. The store location is in south-west Tokyo. It's almost next prefecture, Kanagawa. In my personal feeling, the farther from city center you go, the better & cheaper items you can find. It takes around 1 hour from the city center but worth visiting. I hope you find something very special for you.
