Pyong's comments:  Treasure Factory always provides you reasonable and nice items. This store is a bit more luxurious and classy compared to its sister store "Treasure Factory Style Sengawa 1st". I recommend you to visit the both. Sengawa is close to both Shinjuku and Shibuya by train. So if you still want to live close to the city center but can hardly afford, Sengawa is a good option.
