Pyong's comments:  Treasure Factory Style is one of the best secondhand stores, as for a price and amount. This one is located in North-West from Tokyo, around 1 hour from the city center. I think it's a bit too far but the city Kawagoe is a famous sightseeing place. the city is called small-edo, edo is a ancient name of Tokyo. So I recommend you to take one day off and enjoy both shopping and sightseeing.
